"From the day we arrived at NFAA YoungArts Week, I heard so many students say that accepting the invitation to Miami was the turning point of their lives.

REGIONAL AWARDS
Promote and nurture your region’s young artists through our Regional YoungArts Awards Program.
The Regional YoungArts Awards Program honors talented 17- and 18-year-old artists in your area who participate in the national YoungArts program and who either receive national YoungArts awards or high ratings from our adjudicators.
Regional winners are named NFAA’s Outstanding Young Artists for your community, and are eligible for awards in addition to what they receive through the national program. Through the Regional YoungArts Awards Program, we are able to honor and reward many more young artists than is possible through the national program. This helps bring local attention to your area’s talented students. The recognition they receive regionally is a benefit to students during the college and college-scholarship application process.
Regional sponsorship funds are used both for additional awards (our goal is to raise at least $20,000 for additional awards for participating regions) and for regional outreach to inform students and teachers about YoungArts, increase the number of students who participate in the program, and promote knowledge and support of the arts.
You can participate in this initiative to benefit your region’s talented young artists at three different levels:
$10,000 Corporate Sponsor
$5,000 Regional Ambassador
$2,500 Individual Sponsor
Contact NFAA for information on the number of students from your region who typically participate in YoungArts each year as well as statistics about how many are selected for YoungArts awards.
For questions about the Regional Awards program, contact Director of Regional Programs, Gregory Jackson for additional information, at 305.377.1140, ext. 1706 or
